Q: How many sheets are on a roll face towel?

Home rolls usually carry 60, 80 or 100 sheets of about 20×20 cm. Salon big rolls are sold by weight, 600 g or 1,000 g; at 20×20 cm and 60 gsm that is roughly 250 or 415 sheets.

Q: Are roll face towels thinner than boxed towels?

Not necessarily. We make rolls from 50 to 80 gsm. Rolls for salons are often 50–60 gsm because towels are used once per treatment; retail rolls can be 70–80 gsm for a thicker feel.

Q: Can you match our existing dispenser?

Yes. Send the dispenser model or its inner width, maximum roll diameter and core size, and we will size the roll to fit.

Q: Can roll towels be used wet?

Yes. Spunlace viscose and cotton towels hold together when wet, so they can be used to cleanse with water and then to dry the face.

Q: What is the MOQ for private-label roll towels?

From 1,000 boxes per design with your printed wrap or box. Stock rolls with your label can start lower at 1,000 boxes / 3,000 packs.

Q: Can you supply roll towels and boxed towels in one order?

A roll face towel is sized by sheet size, sheet count and GSM; the roll weight follows from those three. One 20×20 cm sheet at 60 gsm weighs about 2.4 g, so a 100-sheet home roll holds about 240 g of fabric.

Good perforation lets a user tear one sheet with one hand without the roll unwinding or the edge fraying.

We set the cut-and-tie ratio of the perforation line to the fabric GSM: heavier fabric needs a longer cut, lighter fabric a longer tie so sheets do not separate in the box. Spunlace fabric releases little lint at the tear because the fibers are entangled by water jets rather than glued.
