We send dielines for boxes, soft pouches, roll wraps and hanging pull-out packs, and we can cut an exclusive embossing roller so the towel or pad itself carries your pattern. Viscose is softer and cheaper, which suits mainstream retail. 100% cotton costs more but has higher wet strength and sheds less lint, which suits sensitive-skin lines. Yes. Choose plain, pearl or diamond texture, one of our 6 China-patented embossing designs, or an exclusive roller made for your brand USD $2,500–$3,200 and 12–15 days (or $0 / 0 days using ZEFU’s 7 CNIPA patented rollers). We sign NDAs and do not show your packaging or custom embossing to other buyers.
Q4Can you supply dry pads to our toner filling partner?+
Yes. We can ship dry cotton or lyocell pads, cut or on rolls, with a lot number on every carton. Pre-soaked toner pads are cosmetic products, so cosmetic compliance sits with your brand and filler.
Q5Can we call our towels biodegradable or eco-friendly?+
We advise against unqualified claims. US FTC guides restrict unqualified “biodegradable” claims for items that go to landfill, and the EU has banned generic environmental claims since 27 September 2026. A documented alternative is “made from 100% viscose fibers (plastic-free)”, backed by a fiber test report.
Q6How long do samples take?+
