How embossing affects feel and performance
Deeper, larger patterns make a pad feel thicker and lift makeup better; finer patterns feel smoother on the skin.

Embossing also creates small channels that hold liquid, so pads with a raised texture often release toner more evenly. On face towels, a pearl or flower pattern increases loft without adding fabric weight. We match pattern depth to the fabric GSM so the pattern does not weaken the sheet.
