Q1What is the MOQ for private label face towels from China?+
Most Chinese factories ask for 1,000–15,000 packs. At ZEFU the private-label MOQ is 1,000 boxes per design; stock packaging with your label can start lower. Production of stock sizes takes about 7 days for 1,000 packs. The table below shows the MOQ for each product line.
Q2What is the difference between stock packaging and custom packaging?+
Stock packaging + your label is our existing neutral box, pouch or roll wrap with your brand label applied. Fully custom packaging is printed with your own artwork from new printing plates. Custom print needs plates and a minimum print run from our packaging supplier, which is why its MOQ is higher. Stock packaging is the fastest, lowest-risk way to test a market.
Q3How is the MOQ counted?+
The MOQ applies to each design: one product specification in one packaging artwork. Two sizes, scents or box colors count as two designs. You can put several designs and product lines in one shipment, which helps you fill a container without overbuying any single item.

Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance prior to shipment. We quote EXW, FOB Guangzhou (Nansha) / Shenzhen (Yantian), CIF and, on request, DDP to Amazon warehouses.

Q1Is the MOQ per design or per order?+
Per design. One design is one product specification in one packaging artwork, from 1,000 boxes for custom print. An order can contain several designs, as long as each one meets its own MOQ.
Q2Can I mix different products in one shipment?+
Yes. Face towels, cotton pads, compress pads, bath towels and disposable underwear can share one container and one QC plan, as long as each design meets its MOQ.
Q3Do you charge for samples?+
Stock samples cost Complimentary for stock swatch box ($50–$150 for custom printed pre-production samples, credited on order) plus courier Stock sample box is free; express courier flat-rate $35–$45 (100% credited to first order); custom pre-production samples cost USD $50–$150 (credited toward your first order). Sample fees are credited against your first order.
Q4How long from sample approval to shipment?+
For stock-size face towels, about 7 days for 1,000 packs after sample approval and deposit, plus 3–5 business days if your boxes are custom printed. Lead times for other products are in the table above.
Q5Can I use my own courier account for samples?+
Yes. Send us your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number and we ship on your account. Otherwise we include the courier cost with the sample fee.
Q6What is the minimum order for private label cotton pads?+
1,000 boxes / 3,000 packs per design for printed bags or boxes, and 1,000 boxes / 3,000 packs with stock packaging and your label. Salon packs of 1,000–1,200 pads are quoted separately. See Cosmetic Cotton Pads.
Q7Can you ship DDP to an Amazon warehouse?+
On request. We pack FBA-ready cartons with FNSKU labels and quote delivery to the FBA warehouse with duties included. As of October 2026, US duties on these products are about 21% to 41% depending on the HTS code; confirm with your customs broker.
Q8What payment terms do you accept?+
30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (after QC report approval). Samples can be paid by PayPal, Wise, Alibaba Trade Assurance or T/T.
