Materials: paperboard, kraft and film
Most packs use paperboard, plastic film, or a mix such as a paper box with a film window. Paperboard gives sharp print and a rigid shelf pack; film protects against moisture, seals tightly and costs less per unit.

Generic claims such as “eco-friendly” or “green” packaging are restricted: the EU has banned them without proof of recognized excellent environmental performance since 27 September 2026 (Directive (EU) 2024/825), and the US FTC Green Guides require evidence.

State specific facts instead, such as “paperboard box, no plastic window”. A paper box with a film window or shrink wrap still contains plastic, so it is not plastic-free packaging. Recycling symbols differ by country; we print the marks you specify.

Film pouches and sachets are printed by gravure or flexo, which need one cylinder or plate per color, so custom film has a higher setup cost and MOQ than a label on stock packaging.

Your label text is your responsibility. A typical checklist: product name, count and size, fiber content, directions, “Do not flush” for pads, “Made in China”, your company name and address, a lot number and your barcode. Retail barcodes are GTINs licensed from GS1 in your brand’s name: UPC-A for the US and Canada, EAN-13 for most other markets, including JAN codes in Japan. We print them on the pack or apply labels at packing, and scan-check them before shipment. We do not sell barcode numbers; resold numbers registered to another company may be rejected by Amazon and retailers.
For Amazon, we apply FNSKU labels from your Seller Central account to each sellable unit and FBA box labels to each carton.

Q1What is the cheapest way to brand my packaging?+
Stock packaging with your label. It uses our existing neutral box, pouch or roll wrap, needs no printing plates and starts from 300–500 packs per SKU. Move to fully printed packaging at 1,000 boxes per design once sales are proven.
Q2Do you provide UPC or EAN barcodes?+
No. Barcodes must be licensed from GS1 in your brand’s name, so Amazon and retailers can match them to your company. Send us the numbers or barcode files, and we print or label them on every unit.
Q3Can you print in Japanese, Korean or Arabic?+
Yes. We print any language in your artwork, and we already make Japanese-language packs and Arabic/English labels. Have a native speaker check the text, because you are responsible for label accuracy in your market.
Q4Can the packaging be plastic-free?+
A paperboard box with no film window or overwrap can be. Soft packs, sachets, hanging packs and bulk bags are plastic film. We tell you which parts of a pack contain plastic, so your claim is accurate.
Q5How much time does custom printing add?+
Custom printed boxes or pouches add 3–5 business days to production, mainly for plates and the packaging supplier’s print run. Stock packaging with your label ships close to stock lead times: about 7 days for 1,000 packs of stock-size face towels.
Q6Who owns the printing plates and cylinders?+
Exclusive printing plates and cylinders paid for by your brand remain dedicated to your account. Plates and cylinders made for your artwork are used only for your orders, and we do not show your packaging to other buyers.
