Prep service: Amazon has said it no longer offers its own prep and item-labelling service for US FBA shipments from 1 January 2026, so units should arrive fully labelled from your factory or prep centre.

Invoices and supplier details — for brand or authenticity checks.
Safety data sheet (SDS) — for wet wipes in hazmat review, usually issued within the last five years and matching the listing name; or an exemption sheet for formulas without hazardous chemicals.
MoCRA facility registration number and product listing — for wet wipes; FDA issues no certificate, so a registration number or screenshot is what you submit.
EU GPSR details — for Amazon EU: EU responsible person and manufacturer contact in Account Health, warnings in the local language.
Certificates — OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 helps buyers, but Amazon’s Climate Pledge Friendly programme recognises MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX, not STANDARD 100 alone.
